If students plan to audition for Symphonic Band, please send Ms. Montgomery a LINK to a VIDEO recording of your audition by Thursday, March 26. She needs to see YOU playing your instrument in the video as well as see the music. She encourages students to use Screencastify (FREE -see link: ScreenCastify) so that she can see the student AND the music. If that doesn’t work, please take a picture of the music and send it with the link to the video. For the scales, students are to play all 12 major scales and arpeggios in all-district range as well as your chromatic scale. After playing scales, please play the all-district solo or something similar in difficulty.
