The Leesville Road High School Bands’ Community Service program began in 2012. Students from all bands participate to earn service hours and helping the community.

- Sycamore Creek ES Carnival – May 4, 2019
- The carnival runs from 10am-2pm
- They are in need of MANY volunteers for a variety of activities

- January 30, 2019 – 5-9pm – Kramden Institute
- Kramden Institute Mission:
- Providing Technology Tools and Training to Bridge the Digital Divide
- Collect, refurbish and award computers to students and families without a computer in their home.
- Inspire students to succeed by teaching them critical computer, software and Internet skills.
- Recycle and reuse donated computers and parts; extending their lives and reducing e-waste.
- We will participate in a mini Geek-a-Thon. During the event we will refurbish computers that will later be given to students in need. You don’t need any skills but you may gain some while volunteering.

- December 1, 2018 – 8:30am-11:00am – Hope Reins
- Location: 8420 Wake Forest Highway, Raleigh, NC 27613
- Be prepared to get dirty. We will be poop scooping, cleaning the tack shed, cleaning feed buckets, landscaping, etc.
- Siblings are welcome to attend. They must be 12 or over unless accompanied by a parent.
